By subscribing to our services you agree to the following
policies:
- I have familiarized myself with the services provided
by this site and understand that the products and services
provided are limited in scope, technology and
function.
- I understand that additional edit/service fees may
apply to complete my website work.
- I have reviewed WildIrisDigital.com's philosophy
regarding xhtml liquid design
principals and understand how they may effect the
appearance of my site; may appear differently from one
viewer to the next.
- I understand that WildIrisDigital.com is not a domain
name registrar.
- I understand that WildIrisDigital.com does not provide
website hosting.
- I understand that my website content will be added,
removed, replaced via an FTP connection or by any
proprietary server control panel access to my server
directory that my hosting service may provide.
- WildIrisDigital.com will build into my site rudimentary
SEO features, but is not responsible for search engine
success.
- I am responsible for understanding what
WildIrisDigital.com can or can not do, in regards to my
website, and for asking questions to clarify when in
doubt.
- I am responsible for understanding and expressing what
my expectations are, in terms of needs for my website, and
inquiring as to whether or not WildIrisDigital.com is
offering those products and services.
- I am responsible for checking website content before
submitting it. I accept that I may be charged for site
edits; especially edits resulting from inaccurate content
submission.
- I understand that it is important for my instructions
to WildIrisDigital.com to be clear, well thought out and
accurate. It is my responsibility to proof my content
carefully for accuracy and errors such as spelling - to
avoid site update / correction charges. Change orders
resulting from instructions that were not clear, well
thought out and accurate may result in edit fees.
- I understand that if I delay and bundle my site edit
requests I may save in edit fee charges [more].
- WildIrisDigital.com will provide one free FTP action
for each site order or site update for which you have paid
a fee.
- Upon request, WildIrisDigital.com will e-mail a zipped
folder of the work performed for each site order or site
update for which you have paid a fee (if requested within
30 days of task completion); only once per paid assignment;
re-sending fees apply.
- I am responsible for making sure I am licensed to use
all images / graphics and other content I submit to my
website.
- I will be solely responsible for any complaints or
litigation arising from miss-appropriation of the
intellectual property of others.
- WildIrisDigital.com will be held completely harmless
for all content on my website.
- WildIrisDigital.com reserves the right to refuse service for any reason
without explanation.
- Payment is expected in advance of any work performed.
Payment is only available online; either by credit card or
a PayPal account. PayPal is the interface used regardless
of the method you choose; a PayPal account is not required
to submit via credit card.
- WildIrisDigital.com fees for
products and services are subject to change without
notice.
- E-mail and other set-up services are not standard, but
may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
- Problems with e-mail and site down-time time are the
responsibility of your web host.
- WildIrisDigital's obligation to you is complete when we
upload to your server a functioning website that we believe
most closely meets your design request - based on your
input and payment.
- If we encounter excessive difficulties or obstacles
uploading to your server or if you prefer not to have us do
so, our obligation will be considered complete once we
upload your webpages to our archives area - from which you
may download them.
- I understand that WildIrisDigital.com is offering
non-tangible irrevocable goods. They do not issue refunds
after the product has been posted - even if still a "work
in progress". I am responsible for understanding this
policy upon purchasing any product or service.
